New House Build

Our client wanted a new build two bedroom residential property on a plot of land which they owned. This new build residential property is a modern detached house designed to complement the victorian houses in the local area.

Working in conjunction with our clients architect, we undertook every aspect of the new build from ground works, to final decorating.

New Build Home

One of our most recent projects for a client building them a new home. Below is a copy of the thank you text message that we received shortly after the project had been completed.

Timber frame new build

Our client wanted a new build three bedroom residential property on a plot of land which they owned. This new build residential property is semi detached at the end of row of existing apartments.

The build is a timber frame, using Mobis high end cladding on the exterior. Despite encountering extensive issues with tree roots, at Hal Build we always approach everything we do with a can-do attitude. 

The Coach House, Cotham

Complete property restoration of an old Coaching House in Cotham, we undertook everything from a new roof, guttering, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring stairs, plastering, decorating, heating , flooring, lighting both internal and external, fencing, patio area etc.

New Kitchen, Redland

We recently completed a new kitchen installation in a period property in Redland. Undertaking all aspects of the new kitchen fit including flooring, appliance, heating, decorating etc.

New Shed and Gazebo

We were recently asked by a client to demolish and clear and old outhouse in their garden. We also installed a new shed and gazebo, undertaking all the decorating and landscaping.
